This is primarily a space to store and display ideas. Some ideas are more permanent than others. You should enjoy the ideas while they are here. I am a retired engineer / artist and this is part of what I do with my time.
I envisage a wall displaying all fourteen components, as two rows of seven, with the tape components on the top row and the tricolour soup components on the bottom row. Each component would be produced as a 61cm square die sublimation print on aluminium. An 8m x 3m wall would be perfect. At retail prices, this would cost roughly £1700 + delivery. Not a huge sum for such a large installation. One day…!
A new featured transient collection in the FEATURE SPACE at CODED-IMAGES.COM. I am currently featuring four perspectives exploring the chaos and order of brexit – through the lens of my colour coded alphabet.
Will the collection end with four components? Probably not!
This week, I have created a new series of seven outcomes derived from the tricolour day soup series. These have been installed in the EIGHT SPACE gallery at CODED-IMAGES.COM. Here is an example above the original soup.
Each pair make for an interesting diptych. See the full series in EIGHT SPACE.
